Swedish Massage $80 Hr

My first modality massage is Swedish Massage Therapy (SMT). It involves the use of light oil & soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury.
The four common strokes of Swedish massage are:
Effleurage: a smooth, gliding stroke used to relax soft tissue
Petrissage: the squeezing, rolling, or kneading that follows effleurage Friction: deep, circular movements that cause layers of tissue to rub against each other, helping to increase blood flow and break down scar tissue.
Tapotement: a short, alternating tap done with cupped hands, fingers, or the edge of the hand
Localized Deep Tissue Massage $20 Add On
This service is offered as an add on within the Swedish Massage Session. Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body.
I incorporate, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Though less rhythmic at times, than other types of massage, deep tissue massage can be quite therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.
Chair Massage $1.50 per min
H2H Chair Massage is available for events, wellness fairs, music festivals, corporate & teambuilding conferences, holistic markets and such.
Onsite, chair massages are done while you're seated fully clothed in my portable, specially designed chair. Involving a massage of your neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands & the use of Bio magnetics. (see below)
Intuitive Ayurvedic Massage $99 hr
Just as a machine needs to be oiled, the body loves to have its largest organ, the skin, soothed, which is why aromatic oils (Your choice of essence) are commonly used in Ayurvedic massage. H2H offers Intuitive Ayurvedic massage for the sheer pleasure of a deeply relaxing, indulging your body with Prana infused massage strokes. Ayurvedic massage is one of Ancient India’s best-kept secrets. Over 5,000 years of empirical research has refined Ayurvedic massage into a sublime art, and yet it is still unheard of by many. However, combining skilled knowledge of the body with knowledge of oils, music, and bodywork techniques has resulted in a profound art for balancing the body and mind through the medium of oil massage. Oil massage is consistently used throughout Ayurvedic massage treatments.
In an ideal world, Ayurvedic massage should be carried out every day to promote positive health, overcome fatigue, strengthen the nervous system, improve eyesight, nourish the bodily tissues, increase longevity, normalize sleep, instill flexibility and sturdiness as well as to maintain good health in general. An additional benefit of Ayurvedic massage is the potency of the herb-infused oils used. These enhance the process of purification and regeneration.
Shown to completely permeate thru the dermis in 5 minutes and all seven layers of skin in 8-10 minutes, my oils used can be infused with up to 15 different herbs, increasing the therapeutic effect immeasurably. My go to is Lavender!
Bio Magnetic Treatment $10 Add on
"A healing practice that uses the application of magnets placed strategically on a person’s body in order to alleviate pain or cure an illness."

In my case I use the Nikken Kenko Mag-duo,
so the magnets do not remain stationary rather they are used in a roller fashion in the last 10 ish minutes of your session.
The practice has been around for centuries and tends to be most popular in Asia and South America, though there are practitioners trained in the use of magnets for health in most places.
The main idea behind the practice is that the human body is made up of several different energy fields that can become imbalanced. Importantly, human blood is usually about 4% iron, and magnets are believed to attract the iron in the blood. This is said to increase blood flow to certain areas of the body which may bring balance to the body's systems might jump-start its natural ability to heal itself.
